In case you hadn't figured it out, Bridget left today on a business trip to Kansas for a week. This is the first significant amount of time she and Aaron will be apart. Although this first day feels no different to Aaron than mommy simply being at work, I expect that to change as we hit day 2 and beyond.
Aaron offered his favorite stuffed animal (Bellaphant) to go along to keep mommy company. In return, mommy is posting pics to our blog documenting Bellaphant's trip. Its a nice way of helping him understand what mommy is doing while away, reminding him that she's ok, and understanding that she'll be back. So far, its working beautifully and he's excited to see each new photo. Ya gotta love technology!
Anyway, for those of you that visit our blog more casually... please excuse the higher frequency of pics this week.
