"The only perfect world we can ever hope to live in is one in which our extremes are balanced"
Bridget's Quote
"No occupation is so delightful to me as the culture of the earth, and no culture comparable to that of the garden. Such a variety of subjects, some one always coming to perfection, the failure of one thing repaired by the success of another, and instead of one harvest, a continued one thro' the year. Under a total want of demand except for our family table. I am still devoted to the garden. But tho' an old [woman], I am but a young gardener. --Thomas Jefferson
To celebrate my birthday, I decided we would go to Disneyland. I love going at holiday time, and we have been going each December (although usually during my break), since Aaron was 1. Aaron was most excited to see the Jedi training show that he remembered from last year. Perhaps next year we can get him to participate in it...although he seems pretty intimidated by Darth Maul.
Isn't this a beautiful shot Michael took of the ship that cruises around Tom Sawyer's Island?
We got a prime spot for the parade this year, right on the curb, and right where Santa could see us!
